Durian Crepe (Bánh crêpe sầu riêng)

♥ Ingredients:
(make 5 crepes)

• ½ cup (64 g)all-purpose flour
• ½ cup (120 ml) coconut milk or milk
• ¼ cup (60 ml) lukewarm water
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tbsp (14 g) melted butter
• pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• plus butter for greasing

Filling:
• 8 oz (227 g) fresh seedless durian
• ½ cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup (31 g) sifted icing sugar
• ½ tsp unflavored gelatin
• 2 tsp cold water

• ½ cup (120 ml) nước cốt dừa hoặc sữa tươi
• ¼ cup (60 ml) nước ấm
• 2 trứng lớn
• 2 tbsp (14 g) bơ tan chảy
• tí xíu muối
• 2 tbsp muỗng canh đường
• bơ thoa chảo

Filling:
• 8 oz (227 g) sầu riêng
• ½ cup (120 ml) kem tươi
• ¼ tsp muỗng cà phê vani nước
• ¼ cup (31 g) đường bột
• ½ tsp muỗng cà phê bột gelatin không mùi
• 2 tsp muỗng canh nước lạnh
